Project Description:
Students utilized technology to complete a class project connecting recycled/reusable paper to CO2 reduction.
This class project lasted three weeks with students collecting as much paper as possible. Data was shared through
the chemistry wikispace, www.thechemspot.org. From this class example, students were asked to develop a personal
project along the same lines. The personal project involveed technology applications for research, calculations, peer
evaluations and collaboration, and finally the development of a data driven piece (podcast) and creative piece
(i-movie commercial).
